CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. This therapy is a structured set of tools and techniques that are designed to show you how to change negative patterns to improve the way you think and feel. CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past, unlike some other talk therapy. It helps you to look for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis, making it an excellent choice of treatment for PPMD.
